EPWin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and EPWin ("EPWin", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the EPWin online betting and casino platform, available at https://epwin.bet and any related mobile or web applications.

By creating an account on EPWin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or place any wagers on EPWin.

EPWin is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all products offered by EPWin, including sports betting (cricket, PSL), casino games (Andar Bahar, Jackpot Slots, Fishing Games, Ludo Games, Aviator), and all other features available on the platform now or in the future.

2 Eligibility — Who Can Play on EPWin

To register and maintain an active account on EPWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. EPWin does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing EPWin from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person. All EPWin accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of EPWin or any of its technology, payment, or gaming service partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from EPWin or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement of this nature.

EPWin reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any point, including age verification documents, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To use EPWin's paid services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to all EPWin accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one EPWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension.
• During registration you must provide your real full name, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. EPWin will not accept registration under a pseudonym or alias.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). EPWin will not be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from failure to protect your login details.
• You must not share your account access with any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms.
• EPWin may, at its sole discretion, conduct enhanced verification checks (Know Your Customer — KYC) requiring submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Cooperation with KYC requests is mandatory.
• You must notify EPWin promptly at support@epwin.bet if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

EPWin reserves the right to decline any account application without providing a reason, and to suspend any account pending the outcome of an identity or payment verification review.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

EPWin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account.
• EPWin does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which EPWin is not responsible.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your EPWin PKR balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the processing network. For bank transfers, this may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• EPWin may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for AML compliance purposes. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the review is concluded.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

EPWin processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rs 500,000 per single transaction. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple instalments for accounts without VIP status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes. EPWin VIP account holders receive priority processing, typically within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified as belonging to the EPWin account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• EPWin does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. VIP-tier fee structures, if applicable, are communicated separately to qualifying accounts.
• EPWin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Any funds derived from a bonus that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus wagering conditions.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

EPWin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New EPWin accounts are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. This bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Most casino games contribute 100%. Certain high-RTP slots and Andar Bahar side bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry results in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute fraud.
• EPWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus claim at the time of modification will not be disadvantaged retroactively.
• Abuse of bonus promotions — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee extraction of bonus funds — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on EPWin:

• Minimum bet: Rs 10 for casino games; Rs 50 for sports betting markets.
• Maximum bet: Varies by game and market type. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of wagering.
• All bets are final once confirmed. EPWin does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical error on the platform's side.
• In the event of a genuine technical fault — a game freezing, a disconnection during a live bet, or a clear pricing error — EPWin will investigate and apply a fair resolution, which may include bet cancellation and refund of the stake. EPWin's decision in such matters is final.
• Odds and game return-to-player rates are displayed transparently within each game and market. EPWin does not alter displayed odds after a bet has been placed.
• For cricket and PSL betting: match result markets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, EPWin's specific cricket betting rules apply and are available in the platform's help section.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.

8 Fair Play, Security & Anti-Fraud

EPWin is committed to providing a fair, secure, and fraud-free environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on EPWin
• Collusion between players or accounts to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus value
• Accessing EPWin through a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information betting in sports markets
• Money laundering or use of EPWin to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Creating accounts under false identities or submitting fraudulent verification documents

EPWin employs automated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor betting patterns, account behaviour, and payment activity. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed by the EPWin compliance team. During a review, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome. Players whose accounts are under review will be notified by email and invited to provide any information relevant to the review.

9 Responsible Gaming

EPWin takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should always be a source of enjoyment, never a source of financial harm or personal distress. The following tools are available to all EPWin account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your EPWin account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each EPWin gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive a pop-up notification at regular intervals showing your session duration and net play result, reminding you to assess whether you wish to continue.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from EPWin for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off, your account remains open but no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from EPWin. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease and no account access will be permitted.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

EPWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, one-account rule, or anti-fraud provisions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Use of the platform in a manner that EPWin reasonably believes may be related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions as described in Section 6
• At the player's own request, including via self-exclusion as described in Section 9

When an account is suspended pending investigation, EPWin will inform the account holder by email and provide an estimated timeline for resolution. During suspension, the player's balance is held securely.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, EPWin reserves the right to withhold any balance that is directly attributable to the breach. Balances that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their EPWin account in good standing should contact support@epwin.bet. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours and any remaining verified balance will be refunded to the original deposit method.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

EPWin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the EPWin Privacy Policy.

In summary, EPWin collects the personal and financial information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. EPWin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely with SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised EPWin personnel and essential service providers operating under appropriate data processing agreements.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data EPWin holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to EPWin's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to support@epwin.bet.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• EPWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EPWin makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
• EPWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses resulting from reliance on game or betting outcome information.
• EPWin's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• EPWin is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from a player's use of a device or network that has been compromised.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit EPWin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

EPWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — such as changes to the bonus wagering conditions, minimum withdrawal amounts, or eligibility criteria — EPWin will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of EPWin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support@epwin.bet before the effective date of the changes.
